THE VILLA
You will stay in one of the two large flats (completely autonomous, also in outdoor spaces) that make up the villa as a whole. In the summer months it is possible that the owners occupy the flat next to you
The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people and offers spacious and well-organised spaces on two levels:

A bright living room, a fully equipped American kitchen, two double bedrooms with typical wrought-iron beds and two bathrooms with shower
A spacious double room, a second double room and a third bathroom. There is the possibility to add an extra bed in the first room
Thanks to its large spaces, high ceilings, air conditioning and slightly elevated position above sea level, the house always stays cool, benefiting from the sea breeze even in the hottest months
GARDEN
Outside, the large 4,000 m² garden, bordered by a long stone wall, is ideal for outdoor dining. It has a teak table, a large parasol, deck chairs, hammocks and an outdoor shower
